Best Italian Restaurants in Primm Valley Casino Resorts

We had a wonderful waitress that made the evening a total delight. She provided excellent recommendations and service. We enjoyed the table side preparation of the Caesar salad. The salad was prepared perfectly with fresh parmigiana generously grated over the salad. My husband chose the filet medallions with mushroom risotto. The filets were perfectly cooked at medium rare. The mushroom risotto paired perfectly and was full of flavor. My short ribs with cipollini and polenta was to die for! They both paired perfectly with a bottle of Barolo from the sommelier menu. We were too full for desert but there were some excellent choices such as the carrot cake or tiramisu . I would highly recommend Alexxas and will go back next time I return to Vegas.

Absolutely incredible, as always! This has officially become a must-visit for us every time we’re in Vegas. The food and service are consistently outstanding, especially considering the price point. The quality and overall experience far exceed expectations, making it an exceptional value. We truly can’t recommend this place enough and already look forward to our next visit!

Luca and his team were absolutely fabulous! We had several dietary restrictions that they managed perfectly. We were seated on the patio so we had the full fountain experience. It was truly a memorable experience and I'm going to book for next year as soon as possible. Thank you!

This was our first time at Carmine’s..and what a wonderfully amazing dining experience! The food was so delicious and flavorful - truly authentic Italian cuisine! And the portions were tremendous! The service and ambience were beyond compare! Can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Vegas! Truly a five-star restaurant in every way!

We frequently dine at Amalfi’s when we’re in Vegas. Shelbi was the perfect friendly efficient server. It was great getting to choose my own fish with the various types of fresh fish on ice. The Dorade fish was outstanding and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the veal, crispy potatoes, asparagus and squash blossoms. The Negroni and lemon mojitos were delicious.
