Il ristorante Sücar Brüsc, nato a Marzo 2019, vuole trasmettere la “mantovanità” a tavola ed anche nel suo ambiente; per esempio, sui pannelli a soffitto della prima sala d’ingresso, vi sono alcuni tra i detti locali più comuni e nella nuova sala (inaugurata a Dicembre 2021) risaltano invece termini dialettali con la loro rispettiva traduzione in italiano.Inoltre, vista la “vastità” del territorio mantovano... su alcune pareti del ristorante si trovano affissi 18 diversi orologi, riportanti i “fusi orari” dei quartieri che circondano il centro storico ed insieme formano la nostra splendida città. …qui ci “fermiamo” ma… se siete ancora più curiosi, chiedeteci di approfondire insieme!
