The service was top-tier, from the welcoming host to the knowledgeable waitress ("Vee") to the staff who brought our Acqua Panna, drinks, and a warm towel to wipe our hands. Many of the staff even wished us a happy anniversary. The food was amazing: we had Wagyu Gyoza, Tonkotsu Ramen, 48-hour braised wagyu brisket, scallops, and ended with crème brûlée.
