This past weekend was no exception, and once again, Kyo delivered an exceptional experience. William was our server and took such thoughtful care with our preferences. My daughter is vegan and I have allergies to garlic, which can make dining out a challenge, yet William was calm, kind, and incredibly attentive. At one point, while discussing our needs with the chef in clear view, the chef himself came over to our table. Chef Arild not only reassured us that he could accommodate our requests, but expressed a genuine desire to exceed our expectations. He even gave us his card and encouraged us to reach out a few days before our next visit so he could prepare something special for us. On a busy Saturday night, both Chef Arild and William went above and beyond, and we are truly grateful for the care and attention they showed us.
