I have long been influenced by Alexander Lobrano to exclude company and environment when considering a meal. My guests were from Auckland and like my Late WIfe food driven, their appreciation and enjoyment complemented mine. I was glad I remembered to ask for the dishes to be staggered as they came out. In previous years we were served a little too quickly.
