The place only has 9 seatings per night and it is more of a Japanense Cusine culture show than a dinner. Takes about 3.5 hours from start to finish. Sake pairing is fantastic at $250 per person. All the dishes are well deserved and served.
The food was delightfully good . The experience was very good. It is best if you seat at the bar. If you are given a table you miss out on a better experience. You are treated like an island detached from the whole experience.
A perfect dining experience that’s not easy to find these days. Chef Nick and sous chef Griffin were charming and so so above it all with prep, execution, and explanations. And the food was exquisite. Definitely a revisit soon especially since their menu changes all the time with what’s available from the farmers’ market.
