Best Korean Restaurants in Highland Park, Los Angeles

We really enjoyed our evening out at YiCha. We were unsure of our schedule and made a last minute reservation at YiCha for our anniversary and was pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed the experience. We were seated right away upon check in, our waiter, Daniel, greeted us and gave us some time to look over the menu and also made some personal recommendations. We enjoyed all the dishes, from the anjoo platter, the mama lumpia, and the jeju bossam were all very tasty, and a fun twist on the traditional Korean food we love. I was a bit skeptical about "fusion" Korean food, but YiCha really changed my mind and it was delicious. The yogurt makgoelli we shared was also really yummy. Our waiter Daniel also comped our dessert, banana milk bread pudding for our anniversary. And it was warm, with ripe banana, topped with tangy cream and decorated with edible flowers and berries, very delicious and not too sweet. We had a nice evening at YiCha, and will look forward to bring friends and family along next time so we can try more items on the menu.

Great dining experience. Food was excellent and the pace at which the food came out was great. Our server Natalya was very attentive and made great wine and food suggestions. We would definitely go back.

The food served is very particular, with nice unexpected combinations. The quality felt very good and the value was great. Only downside is that portions are small, but very in line with what you are paying. Very good was also the service, everyone very kind and super fast. The ambient is cool if you like soft lighting and modern candle vibes. Very much recommended.

The Black Cod and Short Ribs are the best. Food is delicious.
