This was truly the best dining experience of my entire life. The attention to detail, ingredients, flavor, pairings… I was moved to tears THREE times while eating from just the sheer beauty and flavor that came out of each dish. Each course was a warm hug that felt strangely nostalgic but also new at the same time. I was transported to memories of childhood I hadn’t revisited in decades but not because anything I ate was familiar to something I had in childhood (if only!) but because the flavors and combinations awoke cherished memories and scents and traditions I hold dear. I only ever want to eat at Fabrik for the rest of my life. 🥲
