Sushi Kozy offers two of the best dinners in town, absolutely deserving of every accolade you can throw at it. And yes, it's really two dinners-- two chefs, two well-coordinated themes, all in one setting. The first half of the tasting menu is a parade of bite-sized courses with explosive yet linear flavors; inquire about the number of ingredients in each or the preparation process required and you will be only further awed. Chef RJ's accomplishments in this kitchen reflect well on his French Laundry mentors. But that's only the first half of the evening, because owner/chef Paul Ko has a traditional omakase experience dialed up that puts it on a very short list in Dallas alongside Tatsu and Pearl Sushi. And the front of the house, led by Bronson Kang, keeps the whole show moving at a professional and genuinely friendly pace. Well done to all. Highly recommend you visit this place before the Michelin team ever gets around to it...
