Best Latin American Restaurants in Springfield, Washington, D.C. Area

The soup offered as an amuse bouche and all of the tapas we sampled were excellent, the service was attentive but not intrusive, and the noise levels were fairly moderate, even with a very large party nearby.

Our server Sophia was amazing and sweet! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere and decor was very cool and can tell there was attention to detail. Met the owner, who was incredibly attentive and wanted to make sure everything was good :) we had one hiccup with an order that never came, but worked out since we had a lot of fabulous and delicious food to eat and share :) would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat, I guess the secret is out!

The tapas truly were endless at weekend brunch, one better than the last and some—arepitas and croquetas — were so delicious we ordered them twice. Espinachas with apple, raisins and walnuts was fabulous, the best I’ve ever had. The remarkable thing is that many brunch dishes are not on the regular menu. You could dine often at Sabores and never duplicate a flavor. I urge you to go often and taste the whole menu. I’ve never had a bad bite at Sabores, just delicious morsels served by a warm and friendly staff. It’s my favorite place!

Great brunch option. Plenty to order including traditional breakfast/brunch options like pancakes, eggs, French toast, etc. Great Mexican options, huevos rancheros, tacos, etc. drinks were great. Price was perfect, very affordable DC brunch in a great location. Will be back again and again.
