Best Lebanese Restaurants in Old Town Alexandria

Absolutely amazing dining experience at Maydan. My husband and I ate here for the first time and we enjoyed the Tawle experience. It is a ridiculous amount of food and it is all so, so delicious. We started with a couple of mocktails which were very good. Then all. The. Food. We splurged on the lamb shoulder and it was so worth it. Fall off the bone meat. We were too full for dessert so we took a chocolate mousse to go and it was also spectacular. Each dish is a flavor explosion. And then fresh baked bread served warm was perfect to clean out plates. And plenty of leftovers for a few more meals too! Service was excellent too. Definitely recommend the Tawle experience if it’s your first time. We will be back and can’t wait to explore more of the menu.

This is my favorite restaurant in DC! The food is divine and the service impeccable. The cloud pita is like a dream. My champagne was ice cold and the food was amazing. The baklava was also spectacular. 10/10 - no notes :)

Had a wonderful meal last night at Sook. Interesting menu..the tacos last night reminded us of the best of Oaxaca. Service was perfect. Great addition to our neighborhood
