5 stars. Market is a great new spot in Venice. We went last night and everything we ordered was a 10 out of 10, in both taste and presentation. We started with the house focaccia, then the beets. The beets looked seasonal and were the best thing we ate all night. The lumache came next, and the spicy vodka sauce was fantastic. I’d go back for that alone. The hanger steak was cooked well and beautifully plated. We finished with the cheesecake, which was phenomenal. The room is lovely and the service matched it. My only knock is the inside seating. The tables are very close together, so you end up in everyone else’s conversation. The patio looked great, especially on a warm night, so I’d ask to sit outside. Great food, great vibe. We’ll be back.
