Best Peruvian Restaurants in Blair Villa/Poole Creek

What an incredible experience! The food was fantastic, but the service is what really made this restaurant stand out. Nothing on the cocktail menu particularly grabbed me, so I asked my server to have the bartender surprise me with something gin-based. I mentioned a French 75 and a gin gimlet as examples of cocktails I enjoy and left the rest up to her. Well, Bré absolutely exceeded my expectations! She created a cocktail with gin, tomato, lime, and egg whites, garnished with fresh basil. Perfection! Easily one of the most interesting and delicious cocktails I’ve had in a while. The ceviche is a must! My server, Rebecca, recommended the version topped with calamari. I’m not a big calamari fan, so I went with the other option, grouper, octopus, and shrimp, and it was wonderful. I enjoyed a couple of other starters, followed by pan-seared scallops for dinner, and even took dessert to go. Everything was excellent. But here’s what really impressed me: the service was somehow even better than the food, and the food was awesome! The manager, Daniel, stopped by my table to check on my experience. I’m always amazed at how many restaurant managers never actually engage with their guests, so I really appreciated that he did. I made a point of telling him how exceptional his entire team was, from the hostess to the bartender to my server. What made the service so memorable was that it was genuinely warm and friendly while still being polished, attentive, and completely on point. That’s a difficult balance to achieve, and this team nailed it. Do yourself a favor and try this restaurant. The food alone is worth the visit, but the hospitality is what will bring you back!
