This is a small independent pizza restaurant in Epsom and I don't know why we haven't been before. We've tended to stick to the regular chains, probably down to familiarity and children being less adventurous!
Anyway, very glad to have had the opportunity to go yesterday evening for my son's birthday. It's a very small restaurant - probably only about 30 seats indoors - and the menu is small. But they make up for this with the quality of the pizza!
I think all of us agreed that it was the best pizza we'd had in the UK. Two double pepperonis, one 3 carne and a margarita - with various extras like n'duja and hot honey toppings. Son and his girlfriend shared a Nutella calzone for dessert.
With my wife and I sharing a nice bottle of red, I thought the bill of a little over £100 was very reasonable. Be aware that the restaurant is pretty lively due to it's small size, and pizzas take a little while to come, I'm sure as they're made fresh to order.
I'm sure we will return!
