Nice views from the outside tables of The Monument Revolution. Good service. Excellent food. Had the ceviches (Sinaloa - super spicy) and the Black Ceviche. The Rib-Eye was outstanding. Arrived on a sizzling plate. Slightly pricey but worth it for a special occasion. We did tell them It was our anniversary, but nothing special was done - we did not expect anything, but it would have been a nice gesture. No big deal.

This was my second trip to Mexico City, and coming back to Propio was non-negotiable. It was one of my favorite spots the first time around, and somehow this visit was even better! The food is genuinely amazing, and the cocktails are top-tier. We put our entire evening in our server’s hands and took every single recommendation—and every dish and drink knocked it out of the park. The service is phenomenal; warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without feeling rushed. We loved it so much we’re already trying to squeeze in a lunch reservation before we head home. If you’re in CDMX, do not miss Propio!

Wonderful menu. There were too many good appetizers to try that we never made it to the main courses. My son wanted to try the two dishes with grasshoppers and ants. We enjoyed them. Everything was so good. The salsa was made table side. The service was perfect. Not fussy or pretentious, but knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back again.
