Best Sunday lunch of the year. Huge helping of roast chicken for my husband, excellent veg strudel for me. Plenty and varied veg, and delicious roast potatoes. Service a little slow but that was due to a couple of large groups. Will definitely return soon.

We enjoyed the most amazing food over two days. The first, a wedding that we attended and on the following day a Sunday roast. The food was excellent on both days , the service friendly and efficient. The ambience good although the sound of other diners seems to be amplified naturally in the building and can be challenging to those of us with hearing issues. Despite that I would visit again whenever in the area. Better a lively venue with a bit of an issue with acoustics than a deserted pub/restaurant that nobody visits!
