⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What an incredible dining experience at Oceanos! The octopus was absolutely phenomenal, perfectly tender, beautifully grilled, and bursting with flavor. The best octopus I’ve ever had. The highlight of the evening, though, was the special Club Rosé Champagne. Absolutely extraordinary! Elegant, beautifully balanced, and truly something special. It took an already wonderful meal to another level.Oceanos continues to impress with its exceptional food, beautiful atmosphere, and attention to detail. A truly five-star experience

It was a wine tasters special dinner. Four different wines paired with four different courses. from Caymus Vineyards. The wine selections were great, meal was superb, the service was superb and Jennifer, the manager, was the perfect host. The Menu included: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc first course LOBSTER BISQUE paired with Mer Soleil Reserve, Chardonnay second course THICK CUT NUESKE BACON served over a crisp red cabbage and apple slaw paired with Caymus Suisun The Walking Fool, Red Blend main course CENTER-CUT FILET* WITH ROSEMARY CHARRED MUSHROOMS served with a decadent truffle and bacon twice-baked potato and rich spinach au gratin paired with Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon dessert course Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée silky custard infused with rich dark chocolate, topped with a crisp caramelized sugar finish paired with COFFEE & TEA
