Best Shellfish Restaurants in La Plata

First time at this location but will certainly be back! I live in Bethesda so that's my home destination but loved the outdoor seating options. Great service and as always fantastic and fresh oysters!

Arrived at the restaurant early - was seated right away. Ordered our dishes and the food came out at a great time and was hot like we love it! Good job - keep it up.!!!

It was Valentines Day and we made a last minute reservation. They worked with the crowd of reservations and walking ins very well. Wait staff was accommodating and the food was hot and came quickly considering the restaurant appeared to be at full capacity. I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in over 20 years. But, this experience was very good. I will visit regularly going forward. Job well done - Waldorf location.

We celebrated my birthday at Red Lobster, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Before we even arrived, the staff had already set up two tables for our party of 12 (two tables of 6), which made everything so smooth and stress-free. My husband and I had booked ahead, and we really appreciated the effort they put into making sure everything was ready. Our server, Jada, was absolutely amazing—so patient, attentive, and professional throughout the entire lunch. She kept everything organized, made sure everyone had what they needed, and did it all with a smile. The food came out hot and fresh, and for such a large group, that was impressive. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the timing was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made the celebration even more special. Thank you to Jada and the Red Lobster team for making my birthday celebration so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

I recommend working with Valerie W. She is quick and to the point. In and out. Love it! She is genuine and professional. Thanks for the amazing service! Alan
