The venue is very modern and pleasant. Our server was quite professional and efficient. The food was well prepared. I thought my Linguine and Clams was a bit under seasoned, like the pasta was cooked in unsalted water, but it was otherwise good. The clams were small, sweet, and in good quantity.
We had the seasonal clambake. It's a classic version with chicken and sweet potatoes(!). Also includes clam chowder, all at a reasonable price. We like this restaurant because of its somewhat retro Italian ambiance and great service. This wasn't our first time here, and won't be our last. PS, we are seniors and found that sharing a single clambake was plenty of food for us.
One of my favorite date night places to go! The chicken piccata is so good! Love the bread and the amazing balsamic dip. A reservation is a must since they always seem to be busy!
