We began the evening on the patio with cocktails. I enjoyed deSha’s signature Manhattan, my companion was thrilled to try Belhaven Scottish ale. Our server, Ashley, was delightful-friendly, efficient and accommodating. We had dinner in a booth on the bar’s edge. The bartender took our orders and another server frequently checked to ensure everything met our satisfaction. Unfortunately, I did not get their names as both were praise worthy. We had fish & chips and buttermilk fried chicken-both were excellent. We shared a creme brûlée cheesecake-decadently delicious! We will return to try more dishes in the near future.

The only reason I gave the service 3 stars was because our first server, Jessica was rude. However, after asking for the manager, Jem, (I hope I got the name correct) we were given a new server, Nina. Nina and Jem handled the situation perfectly! I appreciate them and their positivity and professionalism. I love this place and love that they gave get staff for the most part.

    Dining at Tousey is always such a pleasure! Our party all had a wonderful dinner paired with outstanding service from Greg, the bartender/server, who gave us the best and most delicious recommendations for our meals, drinks, and dessert. We'll definitely be back soon to enjoy the fantastic food and great atmosphere.

    Super Impressed. We ordered food, it was out within 5 minutes and had a great lunch in under an hour, closer to 45 minutes. Perfect as I was taking a work lunch. Our server was phenomenal too. I wish I had written down her name!
