    We had a lovely, memorable birthday dinner at Heretik. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a quiet restaurant in Europe; classy yet casual. The service was attentive and patient; Bill was wonderful in walking us through the menu and helping us select wine pairings. We enjoyed the half roasted chicken, which came served with au jus, chimichurri, and shoestring fries with remoulade. Absolutely fantastic! We also enjoyed a selection of mostly seafood-based small plates, with the tuna tartare deviled eggs and small salad being the standouts. Be sure to save room for the Basque cheesecake and pair with a sweet, syrupy cherry digestif.

    This was our first visit to Ultreia. We found it convenient and pleasant. It was nice to experience food that is a bit different that the usual. Server Jose was welcoming, friendly and efficient. We ordered several different menu items and all were delicious.
