Best Sushi Restaurants in Kingwood / Humble / Atascocita

Very nice first time dining experience. The avocado dip with the ranch chips was tasty. The French chicken was cooked perfectly and very tender. The mac and cheese was cheesy and delicious. The peach Bellinis were very good. We also enjoyed the chocolate pie and key lime pie. Our server Romi was attentive and very kind.

Always a favorite. I could eat here weekly and almost do! Lol. The omakase is such a good deal and fish is always so fresh. Can’t leave without getting the ube cake for dessert!

Doko feels like a neighborhood spot, with tables of friends chatting deep into the lunch hour, parents with their kids nearby, and a convenient location next to an ice cream parlor. The menu is good for quick lunches, with sushi sets though individual orders are available for sushi and sashimi. There is a playfulness with the food, as you can have a sushi set plus a smashburger, tasty with the addition of gouda cheese and tonkatsu sauce. They also have a monthly special for "Doko Dogs" though I'll have to try that at a later time. Cocktails are flavorful, and they suggest a trip to the nearby Bar Doko may be worth a future visit as well.

This will always be my favorite sushi spot of all time!

Handies was exceptional this week! Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
