I brought a friend to Blackstone for his birthday. He had never been there before. He was BLOWN AWAY! First, the service is just impeccable. From the beautiful, friendly greeter to the busboys, everyone is friendly and they seem genuinely happy to help in any way. The restaurant itself is just stunning. It is a huge place, but you still feel intimate enough to enjoy your conversation and not feel crowded at all at the tables. Dress is casual dressy. Most of the guests looked classy and well put together. My friend couldn't believe how many people were there on a quiet Thursday night We saw the infamous Sal who came over to greet us. He is the picture of class and so sweet. He knows everything about everything. Our waitress, Jessica, was so friendly and helpful. She was so happy and answered all of our questions with a big smile. Best service in a really long time. Then, came the food. I know that whatever I write here will not do it justice, but I will do my best. We started with the fresh Semolina bread and dipped it in the delicious oil. Then, came the main course! A perfectly seared, medium rare Porterhouse for two. It isn't cheap, but it is worth every single cent! They bring it to the table and slice it up. The first bite is so incredibly tasty and the knife cuts through it like butter. I closed my eyes and relished that delicious fresh, satisfying bite of perfectly aged Porterhouse. Wow! We got the mushroom risotto and a baked potato on the side. They did not disappoint. The mushroom risotto was so creamy and tasty. It was really delicious and perfectly cooked. For dessert, they brought a fresh apple cider donut with this delicious cream on it. Yummy! We also ordered a creme brulée. It was perfection, with a crispy, savory crust and just the right amount of sweetness in the cream. It was the perfect ending to a perfect meal! Don't cheat yourself! Go to Blackstone and experience perfection in every way. Thank you for a wonderfully delicious evening!

Amazing birthday meal. The whole team, especially the Somm Sean Ganter, took amazing care of me and my family and our friends at my birthday party. The food was a fantastic value. With their prefix offered Monday to Wednesday. The appetizers were perfect. The oysters were delectable and the dry Porter houses tasted amazing. One member of the table got their Japanese breed in New York strip as well, which was fantastic. The wine selections were absolutely off the charts and wowed us with every sip, and we’re all at 85 bucks a bottle or less. An absolutely amazing fantastic evening
