The food tasted amazing and definitely good value. The ambience was really nice with slow music that elevated the experience. Portions were generous and staff were brilliant with excellent service. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding Nikkei food, a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian dishes and flavours developed by Japanese immigrants in Peru. All sauces and marinades are made fresh on the premises by Diego and his team, much of it using plump choclo corn, specially imported. The menu is well balanced. We especially loved the marinaded chicken skewers, the barbecued prawns, the slow-cooked mole pork with rice, and of course the ceviche, which was bright, tangy and salty. I had the guacamole starter and chocolate mouse for dessert. My wife enjoyed the corn bread with butter, and had a Tiramisu. I have coeliac disease, which means I cannot have even a trace of gluten - Diego personally assured me that the menu is 90% gluten free, and they are very aware of cross contamination. I did not suffer any symptoms afterwards. The servers were very friendly, professional, knew the menu, and could not have been more helpful. We live in London but regularly visit family and friends in Belfast - this is our new favourite place to eat out, and we are looking forward to our next visit already. Highly recommended. Finally, do try the pisco sour - it's hard to beat.
