Usually a salad is a salad and half way through i stop tasting it, but not this salad. Every bite until the last held a fantastic flavorful surprise. Sometimes it was a light fenugreek taste, sometimes a rich roasted honey walnut, sometimes a delicate strawberry or tart cranberry. Each with an perfectly paired arugala dressing combo.
