We had an amazing dinner experience for my family's birthday celebration. All the food we ordered was delicious and authentic. Tempura prawns, sashimi, unagi nigiri, beef tendon and agedashi tofu were outstanding! Service was excellent too. We'll go back for lunch and try some ramen next time.

Our third experience having the Omakase menu. The service is incredibly attentive, highly recommend sitting at the bar to watch the prep. The food comes out looking like art and taste is perfect. One of our dishes was slightly too salty for my wife's preference, it was immediately rectified thanks to the attentive staff. It's a new menu each time which will keep us coming back over and over for special occasions.

WOW WOW WOW. I’ve driven past this place and never realised what it was. Almost secretive by name but not by reputation. One Eighty has been spoken about by friends and family for a while as an experience not to be missed. You never know with these sorts of places if it’s the mood at the time and then others wont experience it and if the food will be to much or not enough. It was just perfect. The attentiveness of the staff was out of this world for Australian dinning these days. Certainly no “how’s thing mate” here. The food …. impeccable. Never thought a humble chicken on a stick could be be so damn good. I too will be recommending this place to all who will listen.
