Amazing fresh list. The stardust and demo slayer rolls did not disappoint and the sashimi, sea bream and stripped jack were out of this world. Favorite spot in Seattle!

Eating at Tamura is a spiritual experience. Every bite of food brings a new sense of beauty and sends you into a new realm of living! It was truly outstanding and delicious. We ordered the 5 course meal and each dish was brought out with pace, so we could eat mindfully and taste all the flavors slowly of each dish. The crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had. This is my favorite restaurant ever.

We love Matsu so much! Their ownership and staff are amazing and this is a staple for our group for every Lumen Field event. And of course you can’t beat their sushi and food and drinks in general!

What an incredible experience. We've been for a birthday and an anniversary. This is the most incredible experience and dare I say one of the top meals in my life. Chef Jun and his staff are incredible at what they do. From entry to exit this is just so well thought out. We went again last night after years away and it still takes the cake. For a special occasion try the counter omakase and you won't regret it.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday here with a group of 11, and everyone absolutely loved it! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed having both sushi and teppanyaki with meat and seafood. Everything felt perfect for a special celebration. We were all so happy with the experience that we already decided to come back for another birthday dinner in December! It’s a great place for celebrating with family or friends, whether you have a small group or a larger party. We will definitely be back!
