Don't let the deceptively small storefront fool you. Stepping inside reveals a hip, chic, and incredibly intimate space dominated by a lively bar-centric layout with just a few tables tucked away at the back. What the dining room lacks in square footage, it more than makes up for with an astonishing depth of flavor. The Nigiri Special: Truly lived up to its name—an absolute standout that showcases the chef's precision and artistry. The culinary team brilliantly reinvents classic profiles, from a melt-in-your-mouth miso cod to a rich, deeply satisfying Tokyo Ramen featuring duck. An unexpected powerhouse of a restaurant. If you find yourself in Pittsburgh, securing a seat here is an absolute must!

Our server was very attentive and explained the menu very well. The tuna and the shaking steak dinners were outstanding. Definitely going back.

Excellent food, great view, and awesome service. 4 stars because I thought the sushi list was a little narrow, especially for rolls. But otherwise excellent

The restaurants hosts/greeters seemed distracted and weren't welcoming. They also didn't thank us for visiting or wish us a fun evening as we left the restaurant, just engaged in their cell phone looking bored. I had a reservation and arrived on time; my table was not ready. The waitress was excellent. She explained the various menus and was attentive. The dining experience was great despite the low lighting. My guests and I were very satisfied with our food and drinks.
