The Sea is a very enjoyable place with a bit of flair but the homey feel of a neighborhood restaurant. The early bird menu is a great value with some excellent choices, such as Sea Rice (immense portion in a bowl of rice with chicken, shrimp and beef). Enough bar choices for the average person. The interior is a bit dark and it can get noisy when the place is full (which it usually is). The food excels, especially the Monster Lobster (fried lobster).
