Me and my fiancé went on her 21st birthday and I would love to say it’s been the best dining experience we have ever had. Great food great service and great view i really loved the whole experience.

Drew was our server. He was excellent. Very attentive but not overly so. Extremely nice young man. Gives us hope for the young adults coming after us. The food is always well prepared and presented, and is uniformly delicious. The environment is "True Paseo" which is great but not what you could honestly grade as 5-Star. That never stops us from eating at Picasso as often as we like. We've never had a bad experience.
