We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Elizabeth’s, and it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. Elizabeth personally welcomed and seated us, immediately noticed when my wife wasn’t completely comfortable with our original table, and graciously moved us without us even having to ask. Our server, Bennett, was outstanding. Even while taking care of several tables, he was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire evening. My wife is vegan and very particular about nutrition and ingredients, and she absolutely loved all six courses. Elizabeth even stopped by our table to speak with her, which made the evening feel especially personal. My wife enjoyed the experience so much that she spent part of dinner sketching the meal and surroundings in her sketchbook. It was a long, leisurely dining experience and definitely a special-occasion investment, but the food, hospitality, and attention to detail made my wife’s birthday memorable. She left very happy, which was exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Elizabeth, Bennett, and the entire team for making her birthday so special. Five stars.

Todd, Ellen & their team continue to roll out the classics: risotto fritters, artichokes, as well as sharing new, local, organic delights! If you were a fan of the original spot on CT near the WH, you'll find the ambience here WAY more easy-going & approachable. Easy location. This continues to be my FAV restaurant in DC.

Westville is the perfect venue for an uplifting, lively dining experience. Without an empty table (even on a weekday), the talk is spirited with no shortage of laughter. The staff is attentive, not a long wait for food and when it arrives, it is as beautifully presented as it is pleasing to the palate. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere with original artwork on the walls, is pleasant to take in. We took our 13 year old grandson, who has particular tastes, and he announced it to be a 5 star restaurant as we were leaving. Now that's high praise!
