    Zanti's ambience and service continue to be top notch, it's and has been since opening a very enjoyable place to have dinner in or enjoy the bar, patio, or pizza bar. The wine list is excellent with quality wines at fair prices across the price scale. It also has several healthy, balanced and flavorful offerings (e.g., salmon, tagliolini frutti di mare) but many more, especially pastas, have an excessive amount of "fats" in their preparation (cream, heavy cream, butter, oil, etc). By reducing the amount of these extra fats, their menu would offer significantly better, healthier and actually tastier dishes - dishes where you can taste the vegetable or protein
