Salmon on jalapeño corn cakes was a hit as well as plum salmon, Cobb salad with huge shrimp was approved by one guest and the potato croquettes with steak topping was yummy. Our birthday girl received a special card and creme brûlée was voted best any of us had ever had world wide!!! The Chef even had our favorite tomato basil soup for us- so thoughtful.
