We had an absolutely outstanding evening at The Capital Grille! From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was wonderful. We started with the Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers, which was absolutely amazing! Perfectly prepared, with just the right amount of heat and flavor. We followed that with the French Onion Soup and Wedge Salad, both of which were excellent. For our main courses, my girlfriend had the Salmon, and I enjoyed the Ribeye. Both dishes were beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and absolutely wonderful. We finished the evening with the Crème Brûlée and Coconut Cream Pie, and both were delicious! A perfect ending to an exceptional meal. The Capital Grille delivered a fantastic dining experience from beginning to end. Every course was memorable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We look forward to returning!

Great restaurant week menu and good value. Enjoyed the halibut and guajillo chicken. It happened to be Wednesday music night and we sat in the sunroom as we had our dog. Very loud due to the music and not a fan. Next time will skip Wednesday music night as it was very difficult to carry on conversation. Rita our wait person was outstanding!
