I love the feel of this place, relaxed, upscale and casual all at the same time. Staff is always super nice and accommodating. Food is consistently outstanding. And if you like peaches and/or burrata cheese, then this appetizer is a MUST do. We have taken several of our guests there and they have all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to next time. MoreOpenTable Diner -
The service and cuisine was spectacular. We chose the premium wine selection to go with our five course Chef's Cuisine dinners. The pairings were superb and complimented the dishes in perfect balance. It was an outstanding evening for a special birthday. I most highly recommend Chimney Park for a fine dining experience. The Chinese hot pot, sometimes referred to as “Chinese fondue” consists of a simmering metal pot filled with a delicious broth. The broth is set in the center of a delectable assortment of uncooked sides, raw meat (thinly sliced), seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, and our well-known handmade noodles. Pick your sides of choice and let them sizzle until they are cooked to your liking. Complement your meal with the Chubby Cattle signature dipping sauces, or add some spice with our renowned hot sauces.More
Flaming Joe's Seafood sizzles up a variety of oceanic favorites in a sports bar setting. Fresh-shucked oysters can be enjoyed raw, on the half shell, or charbroiled with garlic butter and parmesan. Overstuffed po-boys stretch the definition of handheld food, challenging diners to wrestle heaps of deep-fried gator, crawdads, and softshell crab—all dressed with Cajun-style mayo. Those in search of land-based feasts can dig into a blackened-chicken salad or cozy up to a 16-ounce marinated ribeye, instead. In addition to our Cajun items, we also offer an Asian twist.More

Located just an hour’s drive from the trifecta of ski resorts—Aspen, Vail and Breckenridge—and nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains; Denver is scaling the ranks of the country’s most desirable places to live. And while Colorado’s capital city is a world class hub of winter recreations, a booming restaurant scene is on the rise, too. Brunch waits now rival those of its coastal counterparts. Sounds a little weird given Denver’s land-locked nature, but sushi is also popular here. Downtown, you’ll find Italian Trattorias, sprawling beer gardens, and a slew of coffee shops that range from pour over bars to laid-back, locals-only spots. Larimer Square forms the heart of downtown’s historic district and houses upscale restaurants fit for special occasions. On the outskirts of town, Red Rocks Amphitheater draws festival crowds for its outdoor acoustics and epic views.
