We came here for our anniversary and Sushi Sasa did not disappoint! The service was phenomenal, greeting us with a “Happy anniversary” when we entered and left. The pork buns were delicious. Highly recommend the eggplant role, rosy sea bass shashimi, and tempura cheesecake. Wonderful place. Will definitely come back. More

Wonderful food, nice wine list, attentive service, lovely atmosphere. The only minor complaint I had was that it was freezing and I heard several other tables mention that as well but the answers were all along the line of blaming the cold snap and saying it would warm up when it was more crowded. We were very pleased with how simply and effortlessly our special request for a substitution due to allergies was handled but better overall understanding of the menu ingredients or how to get answers for allergy issues would be appreciated too. Our meals were delicious and it was great to use valet service and receive a discount with our tickets to a show at Buell. More

The food was absolutely delicious. From start with the garlic rolls to the ending with the cheesecake. Every single bite was perfect. Or waiter was so great. He was nice, he was very helpful, and most importantly he was passionate about the food and described everything in great detail which was helpful for someone who had never been there before. More

Very quality food. The server, Toby noticed every tiny bit of info and acted accordingly, he was very informative and kind and made the experience a whole lot better. (If that's possible). We had the wagyu beef hot stone appetizer and it was so tender it melts in your mouth. We also had the porterhouse steak and the meat temperature was perfect. Would definitely go back there soon. Amazing to be at the Ski Tip for the last seating of the season. The food as always is superb and the service is second to none. Kurtis and Megan the sommeliers are a delight to work with and really make the meal special with a wine paring. This is my favorite restaurant in Colorado. More

Went out tonight for birthday dinner two. If you are ever in the mood for a unique experience, I highly recommend the Welsh Rabbit Bistro in Ft Collins. It is a wine and cheese bar with very high end tapas-like small bites at a very reasonable price. Our host and server was awesome and knowledgeable about the wines and cheeses presented to us. It was a experience that I will not forget and hope to repeat again soon. It was our pre-dinner appetizers, but after seeing their menu, I think we would have been better off just staying there for the night.Do yourself a favor and visit this jewel soon. More

This is more than dinning, it’s an experience, from the blanketed gondola ride to the snow cat ride to the front door to the cozy setting and the fine dinning, as my 6 year old said as he entered into the restaurant and sat in front of the fireplace with his feet on the table, “this is the life”! Discover Denver

Located just an hour’s drive from the trifecta of ski resorts—Aspen, Vail and Breckenridge—and nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains; Denver is scaling the ranks of the country’s most desirable places to live. And while Colorado’s capital city is a world class hub of winter recreations, a booming restaurant scene is on the rise, too. Brunch waits now rival those of its coastal counterparts. Sounds a little weird given Denver’s land-locked nature, but sushi is also popular here. Downtown, you’ll find Italian Trattorias, sprawling beer gardens, and a slew of coffee shops that range from pour over bars to laid-back, locals-only spots. Larimer Square forms the heart of downtown’s historic district and houses upscale restaurants fit for special occasions. On the outskirts of town, Red Rocks Amphitheater draws festival crowds for its outdoor acoustics and epic views.
