Since opening in August 2022, Wild Blue Restaurant + Cocktail Bar has become Whistler's premier dining destination. The restaurant was named #2 Best New Restaurant in Canada by Air Canada enRoute, "The Most Important Whistler Restaurant Opening in a Decade" by Vancouver Magazine, and Best Restaurant in Whistler by Vancouver Magazine. Condé Nast Traveler also recognized Wild Blue as "The Hot Table to Book in Whistler." In 2026, it was named one of North America's 50 Best Restaurants.

Led by founding partners Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director, and celebrated chef Alex Chen, alongside Executive Chef Derek Bendig, Wild Blue showcases Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally sourced ingredients.

In 2024, Neil Henderson and Alex Chen were inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame for their contributions to the industry.

We had a lovely evening starting with oysters and martinis. We enjoyed the fall featured three course menu with wine pairings. A beautiful way to explore the menu and new wines. Our server Xavier was exceptional. We look forward to returning soon.

We happily welcome walk-ins for groups of 5 or fewer on the day of your visit. Reservations are only available for groups of 6 or more to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. Please contact us if you would like to book a party of above 6.

Whistler, British Columbia, Canada… opened just before the 2010 winter Olympic, right across the street from the finish of Olympic downhill races. What a setting we have to bake flatbreads… in the heart of the Canadian Coast Mountains! Our crew is energized by the surrounding and when you come in, we want to make you happy. The Whistler-Creekside community has shown us tremendous gracious support and it is our job to return it with interest.

Our family absolutely loved this place! The pizza was incredibly delicious, the service was excellent, and everything came out so quickly. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and our server was amazing! This place is 100% a must-visit, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We ordered the Fall 3-course menu , each of us ordering something different. It was all delicious! The setting was super beautiful and peaceful as we were on the patio, overlooking the lake and under the heaters to keep us cozy all evening.
