elements at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain
Our restaurant is a fine dining experience in a resort atmosphere. Jackets are not required.
Shrimp Po' Boy
shredded lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, pickles, cajun remoulade
10 oz Filet Mignon
pomme puree, bloomsdale spinach, black garlic chive butter
Service was excellent as was the black truffle jade burger. My wife got a salad with chicken, which was dry and a little bland. Ambiance was great.
Great Place. Had a lot fo fun and we can't wait to go back.
In spite of all the fear surrounding the virus we ventured out to enjoy this special place and celebrate. We were not disappointed
Beautiful spot, particularly around sunset. Food and service were both outstanding.
Wonderful service, just wish Chef Beau would do menu updates for those of us that are locals that dine regularly at Elements. We are getting pretty tired of same old items on menu....
The setting is exquisite. We sat outside on the patio.
Steaks were very overcooked.
Great restaurant. Service, food and view all outstanding!
Great service, great food and a beautiful setting for a night out. Highly recommend.
My wife & I absolutely were treated to one of the best nights at Elements. We had a 5:45 reservation outside on Sunday night, and timed the sunset perfectly! It was truly spectacular. Our waiter CJ was awesome and his wine and meal recommendations were amazing. This was truly a 5 star night!1
Our waiter introduced himself very self- importantly as a sommelier and then proceeded to spill wine on the tablecloth each time he poured. After the second time we took over pouring our own wine. We asked a question about the preparation of our appetizer but never received an answer. Luckily the food was well prepared and delicious
Excellent as always. From the very friendly and accommodating staff (Julio the server is amazing) The views, champagne, service, and of course the food is outstanding. We love the Sticky Buns, Frittata, and Eggs Benedict. My very favorite place in PV to “Brunch”
I recommend arriving before sunset. The views are gorgeous! Eat outdoors on the patio! Food and service were very good. It was a great experience!
Amazing dining experience. Eat on the outdoor patio weather permitting around sunset. The oysters are not to be missed and the Asian twist on American farm to table is exceptionally done.
Very good food. I don’t have any real or legitimate complaints. Server was great!
Gorgeous view from sunset thru nightfall. Food was very good. Attentive staff. Did not feel rushed. It is a wonderful place to have dinner. Bar service before dinner was extremely slow so if you are eating at restaurant have cocktail at your table. Thought music in bar was both inappropriate and unnecessary.
Went for lunch the next day - same view but not a big fan of lunch menu.
Beautiful atmosphere, great service, looking forward to our next visit🤠
It’s a great place to see and be seen. The bar is fun. Lots of people there to watch the sunset. We had lobster paella. It was good. Our waiter sort of came and went. But we would definitely go back. Be sure to ask for an outside table if the weather is nice
Michael’s service was fantastic and the views are amazing
Sat on patio- amazing view of mountains. Service was over the top. Had the pork chop as entree- good but a little fatty.
Wonderful meal and drinks. The ambiance is spectacular!
Great place to enjoy an evening out or anniversary
Wonderful setting, service and, of course, food.
Service and ambiance were great. Soup and deserts were fantastic. Pork chop not good. It was tough and hard to cut and chew. Sauce way too sweet. Avoid this dish.
I had booked a week in advance for a party of 4. We arrived on time and it had rained that afternoon and it was quite cold outside. I asked if we could dine inside. The hostess was quite resistant to this change and offered us seating at the bar and gave us no other choice but to dine outside. I had spoken to Tianna earlier in the week and she assured me that we would be accommodated inside if there was a weather change. I didn’t like the attitude of the hostesses wrt the weather issue.
From the sweeping views to the meticulous service, everything was perfect.
Ron delivered Chef Beaus perfectly constructed food with care and pride.
Great experience. Every time we cone we are impressed with the staff, food, and overall experience.
We have been going to elements for over 20 years. The service and ambiance are still beautiful and you don’t feel like you are having an experience at a resort hotel. But, this time all the food was off. All of it wasn’t what it usually is, beautifully presented and delicious. Unfortunately the double cut pork chop was half fat. They did apologize and took that off of our bill. We were not looking for that. I am not sure if the chef was different that nite or they have changed their overall food prep. This is the second time this has occurred in the last few months. Kinda sad.
We have been here a number of times and today was a disappointment. We came for lunch for our anniversary. The restaurant was not clean. We sat outside and table and glass on deck were dirty. Inside dining bar was set and dirty. The staff are always well trained and pleasant. The green Chile pork stew was flavorful and although the burger was good the fries were not fresh. We order lunch and they give us a not super fresh cinnamon roll while we wait. Of course we picked at it while we waited a long time for our food. There was nothing special about an overpriced lunch :(
I have had dinner at Elements many times, and I have recommended it to many, many people. It's my favorite restaurant in the Phoenix area and we always make it a point to dine there every time we are in town. I was disappointed in my last visit there though. Despite making a reservation, more than a month in advance for an outdoor table, and then showing up 20 minutes prior to the reservation time, we waited almost 30 minutes after the time for our reservation, and were then seated indoors. We were in front of a window with a view of Paradise Valley, but it just wasn't the same. The food and service were outstanding, as they always are. However, that initial detail cast a pall over the rest of the evening for me. My wife told me to get over it, but I just couldn't.
I will definitely return to Elements in the future.
Amazing flavors and can not beat the view!
We had reserved an outdoor table as suggested by other reviewers and the setting was just beautiful surrounded by the mountains with a wonderful sunset view. The food was good, as was the service, although it was a little slow. The inside was very loud so dining outside was the right choice!
Great views, food and service.
We celebrated a birthday for a friend. We really enjoyed the meal and the service! The view is great too!
I recently celebrated my birthday and a dear friends birthday at Elements. We had a fabulous experience. The setting was beautiful, the service exemplary, the food delicious!
I do believe it will NOT be the last time I celebrate a special occasion at Elements...it is very special.
A fabulous experience! Elements is well worth it! Food and service are elegant.
The setting at the foot of Camelback Mountain is beautiful. The sea bass was absolutely delicious. The waiter provided wonderful service without rushing us through our meal. I would highly recommend
THis is one of the places we like to visit when we come to Spring Training. Service is very good, food is very good, a little pricey but this was good. The sunset over the mountains is not to be missed.
We went to Elements for my girlfriends birthday and we were both amazed by the entire experience. We’ve been to Jade Bar at Sanctuary a few times but have never dined at Elements. The salmon was amazingly fresh and not fishy at all. I had the New York strip that was the special and may have been the best steak I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this to anyone!
