Friends travelled up from the borders of Devon and Cornwall for lunch and were NOT disappointed. We had the Patatas Bravas, Tempura Cauliflower and Tuna Tartare sharing plates and all were really flavoursome but the Tuna Tartare was the star of the show. We all agreed we could have eaten more. Also, the Prawn and Beef Tacos were very good. The staff were attentive but not overbearing and the venue is much improved after a full refurbishment.

On a beautiful sunny day in Bath we dined with friends at The Halfpenny. These guys had been so busy they had run out of some items which we were informed of before we ordered, great communication and wasn’t a problem for us. We sat outside in the sun and had the most fantastic food and drinks. I couldn’t think of a better way to end the day. Thank you Halfpenny, we’ll be back!
