Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Steamboat Springs

Terrific weekday off-season promotion along with Happy Hour made this a significantly better value-for-money than usual and credit to them that the value didn't mean smaller portions. We go regularly to their sister restaurants here and in Breckinridge but this was a good chance to try a different concept of theirs. Some menu overlap but much different too. Their usual terrific service applied here too thanks to Adam. A side room that housed two different larger parties made the whole atmosphere better for everyone, them, those of us dining in the main area and the staff too. Finally, props for their not hiding the Happy Hour menu as many places do or restrict it to certain seating. If such is offered, make it easy and guests leave happy, don't make them learn a secret handshake or password. The separate menu was placed on the table along with the regular menu and beverage list and it is clearly marked. That shows great customer-focused thinking and, in turn, generates business and goodwill for owner Destination Hospitality.

Food was really good…pasta dish and brussel sprouts was delicious and abundant, and the bread pudding to go for breakfast the next day was an awesome idea yum! (Don’t forget to ask for extra syrup & sauce). Ambience was really nice for date night or friends gathering. Service was great, Mark and his coworkers worked together to make our experience excellent!

I liked that the menu had a variety of choices not necessarily found on many menus.
