Absolutely amazing experience! The food and service was amazing.

Phenomenal food and top-tier allergy safety! As an out-of-town guest navigating complex food allergies (wheat, dairy, and mammal allergies), I am so grateful for the care we received at The Reserve. The chef designed an exquisite, safe meal, and the service and management were truly exceptional. It was a flawless 5-star dining experience that made me feel entirely normal. Highly recommend!

Met friend for dinner, ate at a high top in bar. Service was great, our waiter Chris was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food was well prepared and delicious. Great vibe in the restaurant and it was an overall excellent experience. A go to spot in Chagrin Falls

Our server Matt is/was top notch. This visit was for our anniversary. The private booth overlooking the river was amazing. The whole night from the starters to the main meal & the chocolate cake 😋. Already planning our next visit.

The greeting at the door was very nice and customer friendly. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the wine and food and helped us make our selections. The pesto cream cheese dip was SO GOOD!! We got the Asiago gnocchi which were like little soft pillows of LOVE. The Briar Hill pizza was okay…the crust was good but wasn’t thrilled on the plethora of dry grated cheese on top. Just not to my liking. The flights of wine were yummy and fun! I didn’t dislike any of them. The place was busy due to a party but service time was still acceptable. The entertainment was mediocre but not terrible. The manager was also very nice and checked in on us. Overall, I would definitely go back. Thank you for a nice evening.
