We will definitely be coming back and so happy that we chose this restaurant for our daughter‘s birthday dinner.. The Beef bourguignon was stellar! My husband loved his burger and the muscles were in the most delicious broth served with excellent shoestring french fries in a cone (which I loved)….. My only gripe is that they did not serve any crusty bread which would have been so good with the broth. Atmosphere is very important to me and I love having a view. We had a table of 10 and tickets to an event 1.5 hours after our reservation, and they got our food to the table in ample timing for us all to make our event. The ambiance is warm and friendly with regulars enjoying excellent and creative cooking and wonderfully curated wine list with reasonable prices and generous helpings. The owner and executive chef Dave Dubarry is a Dobbs Ferry icon. If you haven’t tried Dave’s pork ossobuco, or pasta with ragu you are missing a truly stunning gastronomical experience. We drove up from Manhattan (45 minutes) for an early dinner and were blown away by the food. The 4 course special fixed dinner was $40 pp with an amazing $40 bottle of Syrah from Cortona Italy.
