Pho Cambridge is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions. Sherwin Jacobs heads the kitchen and delivers quality, fresh, local produce, much of which is grown in the no-dig garden and onsite polytunnel. The food is award-winning - Best Premium Food, Good Food Guide, Food Made Good Award, 2 star rosette kitchen etc. Private dining is available across several charismatic rooms in the main house - The Old Kitchen, The Victorian Room and The Oak Room.     Very attentive staff. Amazing food, we loved it will definitely be back. My husband had the steak and myself and my friends all had the Sunday roast. The roast beef was cooked perfectly pink and my husband says it was the best steak he’s had in ages. Thank you

    Excellent food, with a good but not too huge choice. Well cooked and presented, with not over-sized portions: pleased to say we didn’t feel uncomfortably bloated, but pleasantly full at the end. Sophie, our friendly waitress, gave us excellent service and made us feel valued and welcome. Thank you for a lovely celebratory meal. A great find and excellent recommendation from our BnB host. Highly recommended.”

    Visited the Anchor many times with friends in the past few years. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the food is always great. Nice to sit out on the terrace overlooking the river. Will definitely return.
