What truly stood out was the professionalism and positive attitude of the staff and management. I especially appreciated how attentively management listened to our table’s concerns and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. A few items were either not to our liking or brought to our table by mistake, and they graciously removed them from our bill without hesitation. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant that genuinely values customer satisfaction and takes feedback so positively. The staff remained friendly, accommodating, and pleasant throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire Sassafraz team for making us feel valued and ensuring we left with such a positive impression.
