Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Mandarin Oriental

Exceptional fine dining. Was nice to see well dressed clientele! Our service was impeccable and the food was excellent.

A Night We'll Never Forget ★★★★★ My husband and I had dinner at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon on October 19, 2026, and it ended up being our favorite meal of the whole Vegas trip. That's saying a lot. We sat at the 34-seat counter facing the kitchen, and I'm so glad we did. Watching the chefs work was like watching a performance. They're calm and precise, and every plate gets so much attention before it goes out. The atmosphere is intimate and a little magical, and you can feel how much they care about every detail. I had the vegetarian menu and my husband had the full standard menu, and neither of us had a single dish we didn't love. Everything was beautiful to look at and even better to eat. The delicate pumpkin soup and the zucchini and eggplant "mille-feuille" are still on my mind, and the fig dessert was the perfect way to end the night. My husband was just as happy with his courses. We kept stopping to show each other our plates. Our sommelier was a highlight too. We told him about a vineyard that's very special to us, and from that alone he found us a bottle we loved. It felt personal, like he'd been listening and not just selling. I honestly can't say enough good things about this restaurant. If you're in Vegas and want a dinner you'll remember, sit at the counter and let them take care of you.

We had a great experience. We were welcomed at check-in with a Happy Anniversary immediately. They sat us at a window that viewed the fountains. Service was excellent. We both had the Dover Sole which was amazing as well. Overall it was an amazing experience.
