Votum should be a must stop for anyone visiting Hannover! Set in a beautiful place just outside the city center, is this oasis of food, wine, and service. The food is definitely the star here. The wines pair very well. The service is attentive. A nice touch here is the chefs take turns in bringing out the different dishes, including the very approachable and accommodating head chef Benjamin.
