Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Kamas

I can't believe I waited so long to eat here. I am a professional chef with Celiac disease, so dining out is always a risk and I'm usually unimpressed with the food. Twisted Fern was excellent! The dishes were elegantly composed without being overwrought, everything was seasoned well, and the proteins were cooked perfectly. Service was attentive, and although they did forget to bring a simple salad that was ordered, we didn't really need it and they removed it from the final bill without us asking. The ambience on the patio was absolutely lovely and peaceful. I'm so grateful to know this wonderful Celiac-friendy restaurant is in the neighborhood, I only wish I had tried it sooner. I'll be a regular here now, and even my dining companions who are not gluten-free insisted we go back.

The Raclette is back on the menu! It's one of our favorites, so we were very happy. Stephanie was an amazing server, the restaurant during "shoulder season" was very quiet, and we were seated at a booth - so nice. The halibut was a bit overdone - dry, but the taste and accompanying sides were delicious. We had the mousse with g-f pistachio cookies for dessert - very tasty. They have a lot of gluten-free options, which I always appreciate.

The sushi rolls were great, we loved them all. You may want to ask for light salad dressing as they were a bit heavy on the dressing for our group's taste.

The service and food are always top notch!!! They seated us quickly and took the best care of us as a last minute reservation.
