Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Chantilly

This was my second visit in just a few days, and the second time was far better than the first. Perhaps our first visit -- on a busy weekend night -- found the kitchen a bit overwhelmed. Last night was a quieter evening in the restaurant, and the food was cooked to perfection.

We’ve been coming to lazy dog for years. We bring our dog and friends all the time. This is one of those restaurants where you can visit and NEVER have a bad time. The food is delicious and priced a little on the higher end I feel, but everything is INCREDIBLE. So worth it!

Awesome steak! I decided to try the Prime Churrasco Grilled Skirt Steak, cooked medium. So glad I did. Steak was cooked perfectly, very juicy too. The side roasted vegetables and Parmesan fries were yummy. The cilantro-lime aioli worked on both the steak and fries. I was glad to see the Ninety-Nine Oaks Reserve wine 🍷 on the wine list. It’s one of my favorites. It was great with my steak. Great meal. Thank you.

My guest and I enjoyed the patio outside. It was my guests first but I have dined here prior. Our server was amazing. He was attentive and made sure our water and wine was always full. We ordered the tuna crudo and meatballs. The tuna was delicious! Meatballs, nothing to call home but the portions were huge. We both got the salad, shrimp cobb and chicken chopped, both were delicious. We were very happy with our experience.

Staff outdid themselves in helping me surprise my son with a cake. They kept it quiet and made sure my son and his party didn’t see us and rolled the cake out after they had dinner. From dinner to the cake and service it was perfect!!!
