The service was excellent & the food delicious

The buffet selection and service was wonderful. We were celebrating a birthday and they had the most beautifully set out plate with cake and toppings. My daughter unfortunately had a big day at the waterpark and ended up with tummy ache and didn’t eat and there so accommodating to us and let us take the cake back to our room. A huge thank you to Rosie, Andrew and Angelo for your kind gestures! We hope to be back soon

The food is excellent from the starter round of charcuterie board right down to dessert . The time between each round of food is timed perfectly so you do not feel rushed. Staff explained each coarse which I appreciate. The atmosphere feels upscale with white table linen. The restaurant feels very inviting from the time you check in to time you depart. Excellent value for the dollar. We celebrated a friend's 70th birthday so the staff brought out her dessert on N individual plate with a chocolate birthday wish, candle wish made her feel special.

All in all in the end we had a great experience, it was for my grandkids who had never been there. I was disappointed in the seating as they had us at two tables and it was for tight, when the table behind moved out and we moved up it worked out fine. We had to find our own chairs as we had booked for 17 and was missing a few. The service at the beginning of the dinner was so so slow it was frustrating, should have had 2 servers for 17 people. In the end the service picked up, we were more comfortable not squished in and the food was amazing. Still a five star but took some time to get there for sure. in the end we were very pleased.

Always so much fun to experience Benihana. Our chef was funny and talented. The food was delicious. One meal is plenty for two people. We had steak and lobster. Both were perfectly cooked.
