    It was our first time eating out at the RH RoofTop restaurant in Birmingham, and had a great experience. Linden, the server was awesome, he explained the menu and the choices and recommendations to choose from. Starters we had the cocktails, pear martini and my friend had the old fashion drink. We had the shrimp cocktail for the appetizer- Salad; the Chinese chicken salad, and the entree we had the grilled salmon with a sweet potato. We shared all those delicious foods.

    We have been to this restaurant several times and the food is always fantastic. The atmosphere is quiet. Our waitstaff, Angela was fantastic. Based on her recommendations, we tried a different appetizer their parmesan baked scallops. I would highly recommend trying this appetizer. I tried one of the chef's special entre that night. Their smoked old fashions are one of the best we have had.
