The cannelini beans and polenta and the arugula salad were perfect and a hit all around. We had hoped to try the vegan mushroom risotto but that was not on the menu. Maybe in the future? The restaurant is very pretty and historic and the staff could not have been nicer. The singing was absolutely top tier. I live in Manhattan and I have been going to the Met Opera for many years and I have to say that the singing selection and talent absolutely did not disappoint at the Victor Cafe. It was wonderful. My partner is a well known jazz guitarist and he was blown away. I could go there many many times and never get tired of it. Great experience overall and highly recommended.
